This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which Card Manager collects, uses, maintains, and discloses information collected from users of the Card Manager mobile application. This policy applies to the App and all products and services offered by Card Manager.

We are committed to protecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal information is handled in a safe and responsible manner. This document outlines our practices regarding data collection, usage, storage, and your rights as a user of our application.

By installing, accessing, or using the Card Manager mobile application, you hereby consent to our Privacy Policy and agree to its terms and limitations.

The personal information that you are asked to provide, and the reasons why you are asked to provide it, will be made clear to you at the point we ask you to provide your personal information.

3.1. Account Registration Data

• Name: First name and last name to personalize your experience.
• Email Address: Used for registration and account management.

3.2. Direct Contact Information

If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information such as your name, email address, the contents of the message, and any other information you may choose to provide.

3.3. Advertising and App Usage Data (Shared with AdMob)

• Device ID: The mobile advertising identifier (e.g., IDFA or Android Advertising ID).
• Location Data: General or precise location, depending on your device permissions, collected for advertising purposes.

• Provide, operate, and maintain the App by managing your user account.
• Improve, personalize, and expand the App based on usage patterns.
• Communicate with you for customer service and to provide updates.
• Serve Advertisements using Device ID and Location Data, enabling our advertising partner (Google AdMob) to display relevant ads.
• Find and prevent fraud and enforce our terms and conditions.

The Card Manager App, as a mobile application, does not use traditional web-based Log Files or Cookies in the browser sense.

App Tracking Technologies

We utilize the Device ID as a persistent identifier for tracking advertising performance and user acquisition. We also track device events (App Usage Analytics) for analyzing trends and administering the App.

We share certain data with our advertising partner: Google AdMob.

6.2. Third-Party Privacy Policies

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to other advertisers or third-party services. We advise you to consult their respective policies. You can usually limit tracking by adjusting your device's ad settings (e.g., "Reset Advertising ID").

Under the CCPA, California consumers have the right to request disclosure, deletion, and the right to opt-out of the sale of their personal data. We do not sell your Name or Email Address. The sharing of Device ID and Location Data for targeted advertising may, however, be considered a "sale" under certain CCPA interpretations.

The Card Manager App is intended for users aged 18 years and older.

We do not knowingly collect any Personal Identifiable Information from children under the age of 18. If you believe your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.

10.1. Data Security and Exclusion of Liability

While we use reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no mobile network can be 100% secure. Transmission of personal information is at your own risk.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy in the App, and the updated version will be indicated by a new "Effective Date."
