1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Card Wallet mobile application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and MobileCRM.org ("we", "us", "our"), the developer of the App. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
2. Eligibility
Card Wallet is intended for users aged 18 years and older. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
3. Licence to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MobileCRM.org grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use Card Wallet for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved by MobileCRM.org.
4. Description of Service
Card Wallet is a digital wallet application that allows you to store, organize, and access your loyalty and rewards cards. Card Wallet is provided free of charge and does not require a paid subscription to access its core features.
5. User Obligations
You agree not to:
- copy, modify, reproduce, or distribute the App or its content except as expressly permitted;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the App;
- attempt unauthorised access to our systems or to other users' data;
- introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code; or
- use the App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.
6. Your Content
Any loyalty card details, barcodes, or related information you add to Card Wallet remain your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you store in the App and for complying with the terms of any loyalty or rewards programme you add.
6.1. Deleting Your Data
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time using the Delete My Account feature within the App. See our Privacy Policy for full details on how account deletion works and what data is removed.
7. Advertising
Card Wallet displays non-personalized advertisements served through Google AdMob. Use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how advertising and other data practices work within the App.
8. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how MobileCRM.org collects, uses, and protects information when you use Card Wallet. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.
9. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in Card Wallet — including trademarks, logos, content, and software — are owned by MobileCRM.org or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those assets except as expressly stated.
10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
Card Wallet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we use reasonable security measures, you acknowledge that no mobile network or storage system can be guaranteed 100% secure.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CARD WALLET OR MOBILECRM.ORG BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGE WHATSOEVER, ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY CONNECTED WITH THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF THE APP.
YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT CARD WALLET AND MOBILECRM.ORG ARE NOT LIABLE, UNDER ANY GEOGRAPHY OR IN ANY CONDITION, FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE, OR LIABILITY RELATED TO:
- Loss of Data: Any loss, corruption, or compromise of data stored in the App.
- Loyalty Programme Issues: Any dispute, rejection, or issue arising from a loyalty or rewards programme accessed through the App.
- Third-Party Actions: Any breach of security or misuse of your information caused by third parties (including advertising partners) or external factors.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to Card Wallet if you breach these Terms or use the App unlawfully. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of Card Wallet after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.
