Privacy Policy — AI Outfit

Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how MobileCRM.org ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in London, collects, uses and protects information when you use the AI Outfit app (the "App"). By using the App you accept the terms set out here. Use of the App is at your own risk.

1. Information we collect

Style profile: gender, age range, body type, height, build, skin tone and style preferences you enter during onboarding. This is stored locally on your device.

Photos and camera data: outfit photos and optional selfies you take or select from your library. These are used solely to perform outfit analysis and are not uploaded to our servers.

Outfit analysis history: results of previous analyses, stored locally on your device.

Automatic information: device type, operating system, unique identifiers, crash logs and usage data.

Subscription data: purchase and entitlement status managed by RevenueCat. We do not store payment card details.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide outfit analysis, personalise style recommendations, manage your subscription, and improve the App. We may also use aggregated or anonymised data for research and development. We do not use your photos or style profile for advertising.

3. Photos and Camera Data

The App requests access to your camera and photo library solely to allow you to photograph outfits and take optional selfies for analysis. Photos are transmitted to Google Gemini (see section 4 below) only when you initiate an analysis and only after you have given explicit consent. We do not upload, store or share your photos on our own servers. Photos remain on your device until you delete them or uninstall the App.

4. Third-Party AI Service — Google Gemini

To perform outfit analysis, your outfit photo, optional selfie and style profile are sent to Google Gemini, a third-party AI service operated by Google LLC. This data is transmitted securely over HTTPS. We obtain your explicit consent before sending any data to Google Gemini. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy. We do not control Google's data practices and recommend you review their policy.

What is sent: outfit photo, optional selfie, and your style profile (gender, age range, body type, height, build, skin tone, style preferences, occasion and weather context).

Purpose: to generate a personalised outfit analysis and styling advice.

Retention: we do not retain your photos or style profile on our servers after the API response is returned to your device.

5. Face Data

If you choose to take a selfie, that photo may contain your face. This photo is used exclusively to personalise the outfit visualisation — specifically, to allow Google Gemini to describe how the outfit may look on you. We do not use face data for facial recognition, biometric identification, or any purpose beyond this single analysis. The selfie is sent to Google Gemini over HTTPS and is not stored on our servers. On-device, the image is retained in the App's local storage until you delete it or uninstall the App. We do not sell, share or archive face data with any party other than Google Gemini as described above.

6. Subscription and Payments

Subscriptions are processed exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Subscription status is managed by RevenueCat, which receives your app user ID and purchase receipt to verify entitlements. We do not store payment card details. RevenueCat's privacy policy is available at https://www.revenuecat.com/privacy.

7. Sharing information

We share data only with the third-party services described in this policy (Google Gemini, RevenueCat) and only for the purposes stated. We may disclose data to comply with the law, to protect rights, or in connection with business transfers such as mergers or sales. We do not sell personal information.

8. Data retention

Style profile and analysis history are stored locally on your device and are deleted when you reset your profile or uninstall the App. Photos are not retained on our servers. Subscription and usage data held by RevenueCat is subject to their retention policy. Non-identifiable analytics data may be retained indefinitely.

9. Security

All data transmitted to third-party services is sent over HTTPS. We implement reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No system is completely secure and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Children

The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected such data we will delete it promptly.

11. International transfers

Data sent to Google Gemini and RevenueCat may be processed outside your country of residence, including in the United States. By using the App and granting consent, you agree to such transfers.

12. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. To exercise these rights contact us at the address below. You may delete all locally stored data at any time by resetting your profile in Settings or uninstalling the App.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
