App-Specific Terms

The general Terms below apply to all our apps. The following additional terms apply to each specific app.

AI Outfit

AI-powered outfit analysis and personal styling assistant.

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions:

  • AI Outfit Pro — Weekly1 week subscription, renews weekly. Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • AI Outfit Pro — Monthly1 month subscription, renews monthly. Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.
  • AI Outfit Pro — Annual1 year subscription, renews annually. Includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers.

Subscriptions are purchased exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime via your App Store account settings at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase.

Third-Party AI Services:

  • Google Gemini (Google LLC) — for outfit analysis and styling recommendations

By using AI features in this app you consent to outfit photos and optional selfies (which may include your face) being sent to the AI service(s) listed above. This data is used solely for AI outfit analysis and styling visualisation. Photos are not stored on our servers and are not used for facial recognition or identification. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.

Introduction

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you and MobileCRM.org ("we", "us", "our"), a company based in London, concerning your use of any mobile application we publish (each an "App"). By downloading, installing or using any App you accept these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

Our Apps are intended for users aged 13 and over. Certain Apps or features (including paid subscriptions) may require you to be 18 or over. By using an App you confirm you meet the applicable age requirement and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.

2. Licence to Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the Apple Standard EULA, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to download and use our Apps for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by MobileCRM.org.

3. User Obligations

You agree not to:

  • copy, modify, reproduce or distribute any App or its content except as expressly permitted;
  • reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any App;
  • attempt unauthorised access to our systems or to other users' data;
  • introduce malware, viruses or other harmful code; or
  • use any App for any unlawful purpose or to infringe the rights of others.

4. Accounts

Where an App requires an account, you must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately at [email protected].

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Where an App offers auto-renewable subscriptions, the specific plans, lengths and prices are listed in the App-Specific Terms above and within the App at the time of purchase. All purchases are processed through Apple In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You may manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through your App Store account settings. We do not process refunds directly — contact Apple Support for refund requests.

6. Third-Party AI Services

Some of our Apps use third-party AI services to provide core features (as listed in the App-Specific Terms above). When you use these features, relevant data (such as photos or text input) is sent to the named third-party service. We obtain your consent before transmitting any personal data to a third-party AI service. We are not responsible for the third party's data practices. Please review their privacy policies before use.

7. Privacy and Data

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal data across all our Apps. We collect only what is necessary for each App's functionality. By using any App you agree to our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our Apps — including trademarks, logos, content, and software — are owned by MobileCRM.org or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use those assets except as expressly stated.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to any App if you breach these Terms or use an App unlawfully. Where practicable we will provide reasonable notice.

10. Disclaimers

Our Apps are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. AI-generated content (such as outfit analysis or styling advice) is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileCRM.org and its officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from your use of any App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant App in the 12 months preceding the claim or, if no amount was paid, £20.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MobileCRM.org and its officers, employees and agents from any claims, liabilities, losses or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of any App or breach of these Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the App or other reasonable means. Continued use of any App after updated Terms are published constitutes acceptance of those changes.

These Terms incorporate by reference the Apple Standard EULA. In the event of conflict, the Apple Standard EULA governs with respect to App Store purchases.
